Thanks for your interest in building the next generation of marketplace leaders!

There are seven major areas designed to build a duplicable growth model for consistent and effective mentorship:

1. Qualifying: Potential mentors must meet the basic qualifications for mentoring our YPs.
2. Onboarding: Mentors go through understanding expectations and best practices.
3. Training: Complete mentorship training modules.
4. Mentoring Mentors: Ongoing connection and accountability with the MDD team.
5. Assigning: Accept and understand assigned YP mentorship.
6. Evaluating: Evaluation & accountability systems to ensure top quality.

QUALIFYING ESSENTIALS & CHARACTER TRAITS:

Fruitful in the three essentials:

  • Business: Accomplished profession, successful & experienced, Christ-centered.
  • Spiritual: Mature in the fruit of the spirit, well developed in spiritual disciplines.
  • Relational: Mature in marriage & family life (20+ years), high emotional intelligence, seasoned network.

We will reach out and ask you to conduct 1 interview with existing Mentors.

7. Acceptance Letter

🎉 Welcome to the Team! You will receive an official acceptance letter upon completion.

8. Mentor Agreement

Sign a covenant agreement confirming your commitment to the YP mentorship program.
